Insul-Phen Phenolic Insulation

Resolco Phenolic Foam Insulation” Insulphen”is used in low temperature and HVAC applications worldwide. It is one of the safest insulation materials for use inside buildings. Insulphen meets the Fire Standard requirements in markets around the globe – Class O to UK building regulations & ASTM E84 25/50 in North America. Insulphen is CFC/HCFC free and has a Zero ODP(Ozone Depletion rating).Insulphen has the Lowest K value (thermal efficiency)& the high closed cell content gives it very high resistance to moisture penetration. certified by Underwriter Laboratories (UL), Canada

Polyurethane (PUR)

Polyurethane block foam (PUR) is made by mixing a polyol blend with an isocyanate. Adding a blowing agent to this mixture enables the foaming process. The mixing ratio defines the molecular structure as well as the cell structure of the blocks. This creates specific characteristics in respect of density, dimensional stability, foam structure, compressive strength, fire behavior and insulation value. PUR) is one of the most efficient, high performance insulation material, enabling very effective energy savings with minimal occupation of space. Our PUR is Certified (BSEN13165:2008) by Dubai Central Laboratory

Polyisocyanurate (PIR)

Polyisocyanurate (PIR) foam is made by mixing a polyol blend with an isocyanate. Adding a blowing agent to this mixture enables the foaming process. PIR foams exhibit increased fire performance and reduced combustibility and higher service temperature limits . During a fire PIR foam creates a carbon skin that prevents a fast expansion of the fire. Our PUR is Certified (BSEN13165:2008) by Dubai Central Laboratory

Calcium Silicate

Calcium silicate is commonly used as a high temperature insulation material. Because of its low thermal conductivity, durability and strength, it is a perfect product for using in high temperature equipment & piping, particularly using in petrochemical and power generation industries where pipe and equipment operate on high temperature Advantages - Excellent resistance to breakage and physical abuse during transportation & installation - Easy & quick installation

Mineral Wool

Mineral wool, mineral fibres, or man-made mineral fibres are fibres made from natural or synthetic minerals. The term “man-made mineral fibres” is generally used to refer solely to synthetic materials including fibreglass, ceramic fibres and stone wool. Industrial applications of mineral wool include thermal insulation (as both structural insulation and pipe insulation), filtration & soundproofing

Ph-24 (Phenolic Adhesive)

PH-24, is heat resistant one component adhesive. PH-24 is a blended form of polychloroprene rubber with special tackyfier and additives. Its specially developed for the application of phenolic insulation in HVAC .PH-24 has correct balance of wet and dry tack with smooth flow properties, uniform film and fast drying characteristics.
